1. Permitted use

  • Browsing markets and public on-chain data.
  • Trading YES and NO positions from your own wallet.
  • Creating markets that comply with the Market Rules and Prohibited Markets policy.
  • Building on the public contracts, subject to their licences.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Manipulating prices, wash trading, or coordinated trading intended to distort probabilities.
  • Publishing false information to move markets.
  • Attempting to exploit the smart contracts or the resolver.
  • Automated abuse of the interface or of RPC infrastructure.
  • Spam market creation, spam reports, or impersonation.
  • Circumventing geographic restrictions.
  • Any unlawful activity, including sanctions evasion and money laundering.

3. Enforcement

The Platform can act only at the interface layer: hiding markets, removing them from discovery, restricting features, or blocking interface access where legally required. It cannot and does not confiscate funds or reverse blockchain transactions.

4. Reporting abuse

Report market content from the market page, and security issues to [SECURITY_EMAIL]. General abuse reports go to [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
