1. Permitted use
- Browsing markets and public on-chain data.
- Trading YES and NO positions from your own wallet.
- Creating markets that comply with the Market Rules and Prohibited Markets policy.
- Building on the public contracts, subject to their licences.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Manipulating prices, wash trading, or coordinated trading intended to distort probabilities.
- Publishing false information to move markets.
- Attempting to exploit the smart contracts or the resolver.
- Automated abuse of the interface or of RPC infrastructure.
- Spam market creation, spam reports, or impersonation.
- Circumventing geographic restrictions.
- Any unlawful activity, including sanctions evasion and money laundering.
3. Enforcement
The Platform can act only at the interface layer: hiding markets, removing them from discovery, restricting features, or blocking interface access where legally required. It cannot and does not confiscate funds or reverse blockchain transactions.
