2. Information you provide

You can browse markets without providing anything. Information you actively provide is limited to what you type into the interface, market questions, rules, topics and image URLs when creating a market, trade amounts, and any message you send to support.

3. Wallet addresses

When you connect a wallet, the interface reads your public address in order to display balances, positions and creator fees. The address is used in your browser and in read requests to Arc nodes. Depending on your jurisdiction a wallet address may be personal data.

4. Blockchain data

Markets, trades, resolutions, fee accruals and claims are read from public Arc contract events. This information is created by the network and its users, not by the Platform, and the Platform cannot alter or remove it.

5. Device and usage information

Hosting and RPC providers necessarily process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps and requested resources in order to deliver the interface and serve blockchain reads. Retention by those providers is governed by their own policies; the Platform's own retention target is [DATA_RETENTION_PERIOD].

6. Cookies and local storage

The interface stores a small number of items in your browser's local storage: your theme choice, your cookie preferences, your acknowledgement of the jurisdiction notice and legal documents, your watchlist and follows, and locally saved market reports. These stay on your device.

7. Analytics

No third-party analytics or advertising SDK is currently embedded in the interface. If analytics is introduced, it will be listed in the Cookie Policy and gated behind your consent where consent is legally required.

8. Support communications

If you contact [SUPPORT_EMAIL], [LEGAL_EMAIL] or [SECURITY_EMAIL], the message and any details you include are processed to answer you. Please do not include seed phrases or private keys, support will never ask for them.

9. Creator profiles, comments, watchlists and follows

• Creator profiles are derived entirely from public on-chain activity, no profile is created by the Platform from off-chain data.
• Comments are not available in the current version. No comment content is collected.
• Watchlists and follows are stored locally in your browser, keyed to your wallet address, and are not uploaded.

10. Security logs

Infrastructure providers may keep security and abuse-prevention logs of requests to the interface. These are used to protect the service, not to profile users.

11. Geolocation and jurisdiction checks

The interface does not currently perform IP geolocation or automated jurisdiction blocking. Eligibility relies on the notice you acknowledge and on your own confirmation that use is lawful where you are. If geo-checks are added later, this section will be updated before they go live.

12. Identity verification

No identity documents, KYC data or biometric information are collected. The Platform runs no KYC programme in this version. Any future AML/KYC obligation would require an updated policy and explicit disclosure.

13. Blockchain privacy: please read

• Anything you do on chain is published to everyone, immediately and permanently.
• Deleting local Platform data, clearing your browser or discontinuing use does not erase public blockchain history.
• Neither the Platform nor anyone else can delete, rewrite or hide transactions already recorded on Arc.
• Off-chain information held by the Platform can be deleted or retained in line with applicable legal requirements.
• If a wallet address is linked to your identity anywhere, your entire on-chain trading history may become linkable to you.

14. Lawful bases and your rights

Where data-protection law applies, processing relies on legitimate interests (delivering and securing the interface), consent (non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (where applicable). You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over off-chain data.

To exercise a right, contact [PRIVACY_CONTACT]. Requests concerning on-chain data cannot be fulfilled by deletion, because the Platform does not control the blockchain record.

15. Changes to this policy

This policy is version 1.0, effective 2026-09-06. Material changes produce a new version and updated date, shown at the top of this page.
