Fee policy
Simple, transparent fees
One fee, charged on applicable buys and sells, split between the protocol, the market creator and the market's liquidity. Nothing is hidden and nothing is charged on deposits, withdrawals or claims.

1.00%
Protocol
Funds development, infrastructure and operations.
0.25%
Market creator
Accrues to the wallet that created the market.
0.25%
Liquidity
Stays in the market pool, deepening the market.
100 + 25 + 25 = 150 basis points. The contract enforces this equality, so the split can never silently exceed the advertised total.
Fee examples
| Trade size | Total fee | Protocol | Creator | Liquidity |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 USDC | 0.1500 USDC | 0.1000 USDC | 0.0250 USDC | 0.0250 USDC |
| 100 USDC | 1.5000 USDC | 1.0000 USDC | 0.2500 USDC | 0.2500 USDC |
| 1000 USDC | 15.0000 USDC | 10.0000 USDC | 2.5000 USDC | 2.5000 USDC |
| 10000 USDC | 150.0000 USDC | 100.0000 USDC | 25.0000 USDC | 25.0000 USDC |
A 100 USDC trade pays 1.50 USDC in total: 1.00 to the protocol, 0.25 to the creator and 0.25 to liquidity. USDC has 6 decimals, so amounts are rounded at the sixth decimal place inside the contracts.
Trading fees
Charged on applicable buys and sells, calculated on the trade notional and deducted at execution. The trade panel shows the exact split before you sign, and the on-chain Trade event records each component.
Creator fees
0.25% of applicable volume accrues to the market's creator and is claimed from the portfolio page in a separate transaction. Earnings depend entirely on real trading and are never guaranteed.
Liquidity allocation
0.25% is retained inside the market's pool rather than paid out. This deepens the market over time and benefits everyone trading it, including liquidity providers.
Network fees
Arc charges its own transaction cost, paid in USDC, for every approval, trade, creation, proposal and claim. That cost goes to the network, not to the protocol, and varies with network conditions.
Fee changes
Fee parameters live in the protocol configuration contract and can be changed by its owner for future activity. Any change is visible on chain and reflected on this page immediately, because these numbers are read from the contract.
What is never charged
No deposit fee, no withdrawal fee, no claim fee, no subscription and no spread added by the interface. The only interface-visible cost is the 1.50% trading fee.
