What it looks at

• Whether the question is specific, contains a threshold and a date, and avoids vague wording.
• Whether resolution rules are present, detailed, and name a source and timezone.
• Whether the closing time is far enough out to be tradable and precise enough to check.
• Liquidity and real trading depth in the market.
• Whether the topic classification matches the question.

What it is not

• Not a prediction of the outcome.
• Not a statement that the market is lawful or accurate.
• Not a guarantee that resolution will be smooth.
• Not editable by creators, and not for sale.
