Prediction markets are treated differently across the world, and in several places they are regulated activity or prohibited outright. The interface is not offered to people located in or resident of the places listed below. Some are marked view-only, meaning market data may be readable while trading and market creation are not offered.
This list is configuration held in the application and is pending review by qualified counsel for each jurisdiction. It is not legal advice, and it may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful where you are, and you use the protocol at your own risk.

How the policy is applied
- IP-based geolocation is not implemented, and VPN or proxy detection is not implemented.
- The smart contracts are permissionless and cannot enforce location rules. Restrictions apply to this interface, not to the underlying protocol.
- Circumventing a restriction: by VPN, proxy, false statement or another person's wallet, breaches the Terms of Use, and we accept no responsibility for the consequences if you do it anyway.
- Restrictions may be added or removed as regulation and legal advice change, and this page is the current source.
Sanctions
The interface is not offered to persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions programmes, or to anyone acting on their behalf.
