Your BTC stays pledged in the vault until everything is repaid — you can't withdraw it before then. If BTC's price falls and your LTV reaches 75%, part of it can be sold for USDC to reduce your debt, even if your payments are on time. There is no grace period: a missed installment costs 2% of that installment one second after it is due, 4% after 72 hours, and 5% at 168 hours — when the agreement permanently defaults, can no longer be brought current, and all of your BTC is sold for USDC. Penalties never exceed 5% per installment and never compound. BTC is sold directly on Arc in one transaction and never for less than 2% below the oracle price; USDC left after the debt and permitted penalty is yours to claim.
